The delegations of the City People's Council had lively, frank and quality discussions through 50 turns of speeches, demonstrating the enthusiasm, responsibility and intelligence of the City Council's deputies. Delegates highly appreciated the reports and submissions of the City People's Committee as well as the inspection contents of the City Council Committees.
The majority of delegates said that the City People's Council's consideration of 02 resolutions on approving the project on decentralization of state management and authorization in Hanoi city and the resolution on decentralization of state management in a number of areas. The socio-economic sector in Hanoi is very necessary to meet the requirements of perfecting the city's institutions and policies according to the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW dated on 05/5/2022 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks to develop Hanoi Capital to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Government's directives, the Resolution of the 17th City Party Congress, programs, schemes and plans of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and the actual management of the City.
Delegates highly appreciated the initiative and positivity of the City People's Committee, which directed the departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns to review the overall tasks of each branch, each level and each unit to develop the content submitted at this meeting and basically agree with the objectives, principles of decentralization and authorization as submitted by the City People's Committee.
Delegates highly agreed with the inspection report of the City Council Committees, the contents of the verification are very detailed, specific, the quality has closely assessed the actual situation of the City in the implementation of decentralization and authorization. and request the City People's Committee to clarify and supplement many important contents; suggest a lot of information for delegates to discuss at the meeting.
In addition, the groups also discussed the work of inspection and supervision after decentralization; coordinating and guiding, removing difficulties and obstacles in the organization and implementation of decentralization of the lower government, ensuring stable and smooth socio-economic management activities.
